An excellent low impact exercise. Great work out for sore, tired muscles and to increase your aerobic fitness. This class can now be paid for using your 20 visit gym/fitness pass and is included in your Gold Pass. Adult Stroke Correction
A great place to start if you are wanting to try Swim for Fitness but have not swum for years or need some help with your technique. Lots of drills and feedback that will help you improve your stroke.
