Bridge Run Training Squad and Fitness Age Challenge
Two new Programs will be commencing soon @ URAC. Visit URAC to sign up. Enrollments close on the 8th August.
Bridge Run
• The Bridge Run squad provides you with 3 motivating squad sessions every week.
• 6 week training schedule and diary that will keep you on track up until Race day!
• Fun, social and Motivating sessions with qualified trainer
• Education on Nutrition, Cross training and Running Sessions.
Cost is $75 for URAC Members or $150 for Non Members

Fitness Age Challenge
• 2 Fitness Age Assessments (pre and post program)
• 12 Week Exercise intervention
• Circuit/Fitness and gym based classes
• 2 Personal Training sessions
• Nutritional Education
• Improved Lifestyle Education
• Monthly Fitness Challenges
Cost is $175 (entry to Health Club is not included)
