“Before starting the fitness challenge I could not stick to any fitness regime long enough to see any results and therefore was continually disappointed. After the Fitness Age Challenge I am now committed to training at least 4 times a week and feel better after every workout. The group training sessions were excellent each week, as were the continual encouragement through emails with new programs. I now have a different program for 12 different days of exercising.
Through the fitness age challenge I not only lost weight but increased my flexibility, strength and found a time and type of exercise that fits in with my work and study routines. Most importantly I have met some awesome people who I can now exercise with and we can motivate each other.

Finally I would like to mention how much the trainers exceeded my expectations. We had at least 6 different trainers who all ensured that we trained as hard as we could every session. These trainers were the reason I did reach the levels I never thought I could achieve and another reason I felt motivated to attend each session. No session was ever exactly same; variety is the spice of life! Thank you URAC and the trainers of Fitness Age for showing me that I can get results and stick to a regime if I find the one that is right for me.”

“I’ve done Fitness Challenge quite a few times because I enjoy the small group camaraderie and the big variety in weekly programs. The testing highlights my training strengths and challenges. It often means I need to take a more holistic approach to training. I found that by taking part in the 10 week Fitness Challenge it gave me the confidence to do things that I couldn’t do before or would avoid doing in particular running, push ups and stretching. The trainers were professional, and every session was fun, as we were doing something different, and we were pushed to our limits!
