Improving Posture and Core awareness:

Find out what’s wrong with your posture, and how to correct it. Sean will be talking about what it is, how to activate it, and the importance of core training to everyday life.

Massage for Recovery:

Whether it’s for injury prevention or to aid recovery, come and hear from one of the Illawarra’s leaders in Sports Massage Therapy. Carl is an accredited and internationally experienced Strength & Conditioning coach and Sports Massage Therapist, and has studied at the University of Wollongong, Fitness Institute Australia, NSW School of Massage, TAFE Shellharbour and the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association.

Nutrition for Weight loss:

Weight loss requires a plan of attack. How will you do it? What is your plan? Gather some ideas and learn how to plan for long term weight loss.

Women, Health and Fitness:

If you have your health you have everything you need to enjoy life. So how do we keep fit, stay healthy, be strong, through out the years. It’s simple if you know how.

What to eat before and after exercise:

So you have an exercise plan, and a weekly routine, but do you do the same with your diet? The only way to get results is with the correct exercise and the correct nutrition. Do you know what to eat for different outcomes: weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, etc?

The Importance of rest and recovery:

Hear about why we need to rest to recover, and why many people overlook this vital part of their training program. How much rest do you you need? Come along and find out!

Motivation: how to get it and how to keep it:

For some people it seems motivation comes easy, for others, getting out of bed can be a challenge. If you struggle with staying motivated, come along and hear about what motivates different people, and how to stay motivated all year, every year.
