The Fitness Age Challenge is a 12 week fitness program designed to improve your Fitness Age!
During week 1, you will receive an initial fitness age test to determine your current ‘fitness age’. Over the following 12 weeks, you will have the opportunity to attend any, or all of the 8 small group training sessions offered each week . The program is designed to target a different aspect of fitness each week including aerobic, strength, outdoor, and core training.
The Fitness Age program challenges you to make exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes that can be maintained throughout your life!
This program will challenge you physically, mentally and emotionally to get the best out of your future!
