EXPRESS CIRCUIT |
Is a highly effective full body workout. This 30min dynamic class alternates cardiovascular with muscular endurance station. Great workout for the time poor participant. Set your own pace, no coordination required, Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, this class will be held in the health Club. Time slots

HI ENERGY + HARDCORE |
30mins of Hi Energy aerobics with simple moves to get your heart pumping and calories burning. Followed by 25mins core work out to challenge, strengthen and tighten your core and glutes and improve your functional strength. Timeslots

A low impact full body workout using light hand weights. Ideal for upper and lower body toning and firming, with a large abdominal and core focus component. With no running or jumping in this class, this is a great work out to burn fat and shape your body. Timeslot
