"Just wanted to thank you for all the great training and knowledge you have instilled in me over the last 8 -10 weeks.(without it i would have been lost). To be able to recall your expert advise when I needed it most, calmed my nerves greatly and put me at ease as I stood in amongst a sea a people waiting for our turn to start the race, during the run I enjoyed the comforting feeling that I was able to go over conversations and encouragement talks that were given throughout the training sessions and found extra motivation to push myself harder than I ever thought possible! And the fantastic feeling of crossing the finish line .....
